The room was on the small side, but the bed was really comfortable, which is what mattered most. Dave and his wife Anne were wonderful hosts and made sure we had what we needed, from a good chat to plenty of cups of tea. Dave’s breakfasts were lovely too. Absolutely brilliant B&B, and I’d definitely return.

The place was clean and tidy, and the food was good. Parking was a bit tricky, though the owner tried to sort it out. Everyone was friendly.

The family room went down really well with the kids, and the beach is at the end of the street. It’s a short walk to everything Blackpool has to offer. Dave and Anne were lovely company and couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel was spotless, the rooms very clean, and breakfast was one of the best we’ve had. We’ll be back!

We were a family group of 13 and stayed for a week. Dave and Ann were a pleasure to be around and helped us out when we needed it, including drying our clothes after we got soaked in the great British weather. Everyone enjoyed the lovely breakfast. If we come back to Blackpool, we’ll definitely stay here again. Thanks guys x

Our first stay here, and Ann and Dave made us feel so welcome. They were brilliant hosts, nothing was too much trouble, and the place was beautifully decorated and immaculate. The breakfast was gorgeous too. We’ll definitely be back with the kids, can’t wait 💞
