The room for three was small, but it worked perfectly well, with comfortable beds and everything very clean. It was nice and warm during a wild, windy day. We were welcomed by a friendly, helpful host, and the place is great value. Shops and the promenade are only a two-minute walk away. I'd stay again and recommend it.

Breakfast was amazing, and they'll adapt it to what you need or want. Rob and Chris were so lovely and couldn't do enough for us. The B&B felt warm and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and smelled lovely. We'll come back whenever we're in Blackpool. Five stars 🌟

I've already booked again for next year. The hosts are excellent, flexible, and communicate really well. And the breakfast is the best in Blackpool! Highly recommend.

The location is excellent, just seconds from the main shops, with lovely corner shops across the road. Chris and Rob do a fantastic job, and breakfast was lovely. Our room was roomy, cosy, and warm. Can't wait to come back. Thank you ☺️

Robert gave us such a warm welcome when we arrived, and Chris kept us updated whenever we asked. Everything was close by, which made getting around with the kids easy. The family rooms were clean and just right for us, and breakfast was great. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a lovely time and would highly recommend staying here. Thanks for such a fantastic experience.
