Even as we get ready to leave, we're already thinking about coming back. The drive in was magical, and Paul greeted us with such lovely energy. Inside, the lit fireplace felt like a hug. Our room was peaceful and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean, spacious and seemed recently renovated. Dinner and breakfast were both outstanding, from the food to the service, and everyone on the team was kind and welcoming. I loved seeing the two highland bulls and the horse sharing their field. A perfect experience.

The views from this traditional country house hotel are lovely, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The restaurant served good food and wine with excellent service. It is expensive, though, and definitely a special place.

It feels like home here. The rooms, the staff and the food are all exceptional.

A delightful stay for a special occasion. Outstanding. Well done, and thank you to the team at Kinloch House.

The room cost me £340 to recommend to my clients, but when I picked them up on 24th Feb 2025, the receptionist told me I had no right to sit on the sofa and should go outside. She said drivers and tour guides should stay in their cars. I felt this was discriminatory towards both Asian people and tour guides and drivers generally. I booked for clients who don't understand English, so I help them check in and out. On 23rd Feb 2025, a gentleman helped with their luggage since the hotel has no lift, and he was quite nice. The woman at reception the next day was very rude. I've been to Marriott, four season, holiday inn and other hotels, and staff have never told me to leave just for using a toilet or sitting down when I'm not staying there. It's a lovely country hotel, which makes the staff's attitude hard to understand. If you don't know how to deal with clients, you can learn, but with racial discrimination and bad manners you can't run a hotel. Apparently, after spending that money, all I deserved was to sit in my car.
