Norfolk Cottage Spas - Stone Cottage

The bedding was a real problem. The mattress felt like it was just springs, and I had to pile blankets and a duvet on top to get through the night. We also found rats in the garden, which made the outdoor area feel unhygienic. Several things were broken or missing: the dishwasher was faulty, the hot tub didn’t work properly, and the TV, speakers, and karaoke machine had been removed before we arrived. We’d booked for a relaxed weekend with friends, but the stay was very disappointing. The property looked serene online, yet it didn’t match what was advertised. I wouldn’t recommend it. AVOID AT COSTS

The location made it easy to enjoy local activities and boat trips on the Broads, and the owner communicated really well. The cottage’s decor and little touches were lovely, and we had everything we needed for a great family holiday. The kids had so much to do, and the hot tub, pool, and sauna room was incredible. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend it. We’ll be back!

It was spotless throughout and worked really well for a large group, with games and other amenities to enjoy. The hot tub was brilliant, too, and the weekend stay was very reasonably priced. Our hosts were attentive and accommodating the whole time. They even made a real effort to return the things we’d left behind. I’d recommend the place and would be glad to come back.

The hosts had everything ready for us, from the spotless facilities to the champagne and goodies waiting on arrival. The pool and sauna were perfect ahead of my sister’s hen do, and we had a very enjoyable stay. The host handled booking instructions and amendments efficiently, which was a godsend when we needed to make some late changes. Thank you so much, I’d highly recommend it.
