My family have stayed at the Seahorse and loved it, though I haven't stayed there myself. I really like the lounge: its comfortable seating and recent renovation still leave it with a cosy pub feel, and there's a great range of drinks on tap. My wife, daughter and I went for a meal at the weekend. The food was fresh, delicious and reasonably priced, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful.

I was in Blyth for work and took a chance on staying here. Glad I did. The staff were pleasant and really helpful, and my room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. The food was superb, and they kindly made a couple of changes I asked for. There's a lovely bar with a good beer selection, and plenty of variety on the menu. I'll stay here next time I'm in Blyth.

The pub had a really friendly feel, and it was nice seeing people enjoy their work. On Saturday evening there was live music and a Mexican menu. I ordered a mixed taco plate, which was delicious and huge for the fairly low price. Thanks, everyone!

We came in as a group of three for food and drinks on a cold, quiet Wednesday night. It didn't stay quiet for long 😂 The staff were brilliant, friendly and genuinely smiley. The food and drink were plentiful and well priced. I had the pie of the day with black pudding mash, delicious! We had a great time and will definitely return.
