The room was very comfortable and private. There isn't a formal breakfast service, but they leave instant oat porridge and a few other food bits in the room. I could have used a shelf by the shower in the wet room to put soap on while washing.

It's right in central Bodmin, so getting to a restaurant on foot in the evening is easy, though there aren't many restaurants in town. The room is small and the bathroom basic, but it was convenient. It's part of the owners' house, with a separate entrance. We barely saw them since check-in and check-out are handled with a key box outside.

A modern, spacious studio with good equipment and a large bathroom of high quality. The stay felt private and discreet. Excellent accommodation.
