Mumthas was so helpful when I was stressed, and the whole team deserves a lot of credit. I've stayed at this Premier Inn for two nights, and the rooms were clean, comfortable and what you'd expect from the brand. The staff are genuinely lovely and doing their best in difficult conditions. The place gets extremely busy, though, and it's clear the hotel is badly understaffed. The team seem stretched far too thin. I'd happily return, but it's not fair to ask them to keep working like this with so little support. They need more staff urgently or much better pay for the workload.

At breakfast, both the manager and chef came over to meet us, and they were very friendly and welcoming when we chatted. The breakfast was very good, and our clean, comfortable, well-kept rooms made the stay more pleasant. That personal touch made the experience memorable. We had a wonderful time at Premier Inn with Manger Bonti, and I'd recommend it for the welcoming service.

We stopped here on our way back from France and had a lovely stay. The room was spacious and very clean, breakfast was lovely as always, and the staff were fantastic. We also received a warm welcome.

Blaise was outstanding in the restaurant, attentive and friendly, and working non-stop to look after everyone. His work ethic really stood out, and I'd give his service a clear 10/10. Dinner at the Borehamwood Premier Inn restaurant was genuinely excellent, well cooked and tasty, better than I expected. We really enjoyed the whole meal. Huge thanks to Blaise for making the evening so positive. Highly recommend!

The room had a mild sewer-like smell. I thought it might be the bathroom because its door was open, but the bathroom smelled fine, so perhaps the carpet needed a good clean. We didn't complain at the time because the staff were so busy. We tried to find someone as we left, but it was breakfast time and nobody was available, so I'll ring after breakfast to let them know. The staff themselves were lovely, polite and helpful, even though they were clearly run off their feet and short-staffed. The food was good and the bed comfortable.
