County Hall Apartment Hotel

For a quick overnight stay, it's good value, and I would recommend it. The apartment has everything you need, from cutlery, towels and a washing machine to an iron and board and a dishwasher. The beds and pillows were excellent, and I slept really well. It's close to the high street and market. Our apartment didn't have a great view, though my friends in the top apartment could see the castle and church. There is no private or reserved parking, but a pay-and-display car park is close by, with charges. The lift is tiny, and getting to the apartment isn't accessible for everyone. There's no reception or phone number for help, either. I also found broken chairs, some dust in the rooms, and dirty fingerprints on the wall. Fixing those things could bring the apartments up to five stars.

The staff were really helpful, and the apartments were clean, spacious, and excellent value. A definite option if you're looking for accommodation around here. I'll be back. Many thanks.

One strange omission: there was a kettle, but no cups, spoons, or complimentary tea. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was nice, and there was a very large TV and free Wi-Fi. It's right in central Boston, making most amenities and attractions easy to reach. The reception staff I met were very friendly and enthusiastic, though reception only opens until 6.

We stayed two nights, me, my partner, and my in-laws, and were pleasantly surprised by how spacious, clean, and tidy the apartments were. You can hear a little noise from deliveries to nearby shops, but that's to be expected when you're right in the middle of town. We'd definitely recommend it and come back.
