I booked one night and left in less than 10 minutes. The room was filthy, with huge stains on the walls and carpet, and it didn't look like anyone had tried to clean it before my stay. I've stayed in hotels all over the world, and this was by far the worst. I've seen cleaner squats. Please look at the pictures and decide for yourself. I was in touch with the management team, who got the hump when I left negative comments. They said stains on the walls and carpets don't mean it's dirty, which I strongly disagree with. The place needs condemning and a management restructure, as they have no customer skills whatsoever. Avoid at all costs!

My dad booked this hotel recently after visiting me in hospital. It was late, and he was ready to get some sleep, but the room was absolutely vile. It was very, very dirty, with marks all over the walls and ceiling. I wouldn't put my cats in there for the night, let alone my father. Not impressed.

A bad stay in winter: there was no heating or hot water for three days, and the beds hadn't been made. I complained, but the woman at reception couldn't have cared less. I called management too, but they couldn't fix it.

The staff were helpful and informative, the rooms were nice, and the bed was comfortable. The car park out front is council-run and costs 1.40 from 17.00 till 8.00 am on weekdays. Boston's nightlife was good too. This hotel is a hidden gem, and I'll definitely be going back.

The Indian restaurant was fantastic, and the food was amazing. The hotel is clean, well placed and very affordable, with easy parking. Booking a room early through the app was a bit of a nightmare, truthfully, but I'd definitely stay again.
