We had to cut our stay short and go home a day early because the boiler needed fixing and the property was freezing in February. The refund we were promised never came. We booked through Booking.com, but then had to deal with two agents handling the property from call centres in Asia and Kosovo. Sykes Holiday Cottages and Menai Holiday cottages were dreadful to deal with and never answered the phone. It took a huge amount of time and energy, and I couldn't reach the owner. When I finally found out who owned the place, they never returned my calls. Avoid.

Really lovely place, kept in excellent condition. It was very clean and thoughtfully set up as a holiday let.
