There was loads for the little ones to do, including the pool, drawing and billiards, and it was very child-friendly. The service was excellent, and Mike was particularly friendly and helpful. It’s close to the beach, has free parking and EV charging, with one charger at the front and two at the rear, at 7.4 kW. The beds were comfy, the room had a beautiful view, and the price was great. Can’t complain about anything. Just amazing, and we’d definitely come back in the future.

Mostly young families like ours were staying here. The location is good, right next to the beach, and breakfast was nice. The rooms are dated, but spacious and clean, and the prices are reasonable. We had a really nice stay, thanks to the staff being so friendly and professional. Igor behind the bar was especially brilliant, such a nice fella.

We travel the Globe, and Riviera Hotel and Apartments is a great place to stay. At the front desk, Ms Nicole, Ms Carolina and Mr David went the extra mile to see if they could move us from our Family room into a Suite. We were delighted when it worked out. The hotel staff are always courteous and welcoming, and happy to stop for a chat if you’re up for it. We’d love the Cunarder Restaurant to open again soon for Christmas, and the Bar and Grill to return to its full menu. Keep up the great work, Team Riviera! You rock.

The day before our one-night booking, my husband called to ask if we could move it to any other time in the next 12 months, so we wouldn’t lose the money we’d paid. I’d fallen down the stairs the day before and couldn’t drive. He was told the request would be passed on to the manager, but the next day, when we should have been staying, we were basically told no. We lost a lot of money, including the extra £35 we paid for breakfast. It’s a shame they couldn’t have told us before our stay was due. A homeless person could have used our room and had breakfast. In today’s society, it’s so nice when companies and staff really help and understand the situation someone’s in. Where’s the compassion and empathy?
