My parents had a lovely stay and would book again. They stayed three nights while visiting relatives. The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a great night’s sleep. In the morning, they could hear stags or deer calling nearby. Breakfast was delicious and catered for a gluten allergy, and they found the owners chatty and friendly.

The garden view from the delightful dining room made breakfast even nicer, especially with so many birds visiting the feeder. Breakfast itself was excellent. Ben and Eleanor were friendly hosts, and Eleanor’s Chocolate Brownies on arrival were delicious. Becky the dog was a delight, too. We spent a few days at Higher Coombe, a peaceful, quiet cottage tucked away in a secluded spot. The bedroom had good storage, and the bathroom was well equipped, with a handy walk-in shower and plenty of hot water. Thank you for the hospitality!

We had a warm, friendly welcome from the start, and the cooked breakfast was amazing. Ben & Eleanor, thank you for your hospitality. The B&B was absolutely lovely, and the very large room suited our needs perfectly. Becca the dogo is super cute, too. We didn’t have time to explore the local points of interest, but would highly recommend the place to anyone visiting and would book again.
