Premier Inn Silverstone

The hotel is clean and quiet, with good connections to the surrounding area. After a hard day, Soxy greeted us with a huge smile and a warm welcome. She was amazing, helping with local travel arrangements, restaurant advice and information about the area. A real asset to the Premier Inn team. Many thanks to the staff.

I've been staying here for work for a few weeks. The staff are friendly, and Soxy has checked me in most times. She's great, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast is really good too. The full English isn't greasy and tastes delicious, and there's a pub right next door. The rooms are clean, spacious and have good showers. I'd give them four stars, as I've stayed in slightly better Premier Inns.

Joy and the rest of the team were great. After the nearby Chef and Brewer threw us out when time was called, even though we'd ordered a takeaway, the hotel staff let us eat in the restaurant. They brought plates and cutlery for our food. Highly recommend this Premier Inn if you're visiting Silverstone or the area. Well done!

The car park was strewn with rubbish and broken glass, and the whole hotel felt very run down. In the room, there was thick dust everywhere and a layer on the bed our son was meant to sleep in. It smelled musty, there was only one bedside table for the double bed, and no socket on one side. We left after 15 minutes and asked for a refund. The receptionist wasn't apologetic and kept saying it wasn't her fault. We'd also prebooked breakfast, but only found out from a sign at check-in that none was available. No one had told us beforehand. We were given a list of other places to eat and told we'd be refunded. The vending machine didn't work either. Leaving was the best thing we did.
