Caroline was our waitress at The Social, the restaurant attached to the Premier Inn, and she was fabulous from start to finish. She was friendly and attentive, as was the other waitress working with her. The food was delicious, came quickly and the portions were really decent. Both women were stretched to the limit all evening but kept working tirelessly without complaint. They deserve a significant pay rise!!!!!! The reception staff were friendly too. We stayed for one night and would stay again when visiting the area.

I was working away and had a huge Premier+ room that was spotless and modern. The restaurant was nicely decorated and the food was top notch. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially Caroline. She recommended a meal deal that would save me money, and was helpful and friendly. She made sure everyone in the restaurant was well looked after.

The rooms were lovely, with comfy beds, and the food at the Social restaurant was amazing. Caroline was so kind and welcoming to everyone, even while juggling lots of jobs at once. She was attentive and a great server. I’d very much recommend eating here.

Caroline made us feel valued and well looked after, turning an ordinary night out into a great experience. She was attentive, knew the menu well and made sure every detail of our meal was right. Her upbeat manner and professionalism stood out, and she handled the busy rush with ease. She’s a real asset to the team, and we can’t wait to come back and see her again!

Jessica was amazing with us and our two excitable children. She was kind, friendly and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed, which made the whole experience so much easier. The food was delicious, but it was her exceptional service that stood out most. The kids kept saying Jessica was the best waitress ever! My five-star rating is just for my experience at the restaurant.
