Premier Inn Bracknell - Twin Bridges

The room was exceptionally clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked a treat. The hotel looks like it’s been refurbished recently. I could open the windows for fresh air, and the kettle was clean. The tea and coffee facilities were adequate. The shower had good pressure and soap was provided, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The Freeview TV needed retuning to update its channel list, as some channels weren’t available. Breakfast was good too, though a few more signs pointing to the restaurant would help.

This was our first stay at a Premier Inn, and we were very impressed with how well the room was set up for a family. The beds and layout made our stay comfortable and stress-free. The hotel was clean, tidy and well looked after, and its location a couple of miles from Lapland UK worked perfectly for our trip. We chose the dinner and breakfast deal and were really pleased with it. The food was great, and the waitresses were kind, attentive and patient, which made meals easy and relaxed with little ones. We also paid for early check-in, which let us get ready before going out and took the pressure off our arrival time. For what we paid, we were very happy. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday, and the team made it feel extra special. Thanks so much. From the moment we arrived, the receptionists were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially after travelling with young children. A special mention to Mel, who was exceptionally kind and helpful and went out of her way to make us comfortable. Thanks to everyone for such a pleasant stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.

The hotel was simple but good value for money, and convenient for a business trip, with everything easy to reach near Bracknell’s industrial area. Rooms were clean and spacious, though perhaps a little dated. The staff were welcoming and always kind and helpful when we passed them in the hallways. Breakfast was okay. There was enough choice on the continental side, but it stayed the same throughout the week. The hot food was always ordered and brought out as we liked it. The bar was always hot, sometimes too hot. On some days there was no music and hardly anyone around, which gave it a bit of a strange feel.
