Cleanliness was something I especially liked, and having private parking on site made things very convenient. This B&B is a hidden gem in Brecon, a great place for a couple to stay and get a feel for local life. Tony makes a really good breakfast, with different options to choose from each morning. Alice is very friendly and super well behaved. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our two delicious breakfasts in the conservatory, with lovely views of the cathedral. The hosts were friendly and very helpful, and brought us a jug of fresh milk for tea in our room, so much nicer than little cartons of long-life milk. The house, room and bathroom were beautiful, immaculate and extremely comfortable. It's only a short walk into Brecon centre. Thanks for such a lovely stay and for helping make my 60th birthday memorable.

Tony made us feel very well looked after during our four nights here. The breakfast was hearty and exceptional, and our spacious, comfortable room had everything we could need. It’s a beautiful house with a lovely cathedral view.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and breakfast was amazing. Our room was spotless and came with complimentary bottles of Prosecco, a lovely touch. Tony and Alice made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. We really enjoyed the stay and will definitely be back.

Storm Dennis wiped out part of my weekend in Brecon, but my stay at Sŵn yr Afon was still a real pleasure. Tony even helped with my rain-soaked clothes, and Alice and Megan brought plenty of canine company. I had lovely breakfasts and endless coffee, and when a study day was cancelled, Liz the dog walker took me on a lovely walk. My room was simply lovely too. Diolch yn fawr guys, tan y tro nesa, Ed.
