The place is clearly looked after, and guests are treated so well. Jane gave us a warm welcome, and our lovely room had a huge, really comfortable bed. Breakfast was filling and delicious, served in such a friendly way, and the coffee was superb too. I chose it because of the earlier reviews, and they were right. I wasn't disappointed at all. No surprise it gets top ratings.

The place was clean, but the quality was poor. At breakfast, a female worker kept calling me “love” and was far too familiar. I didn't like it, and felt she wanted to know my business.

The bedrooms have been refurbished and are very comfortable. I also liked the quaint, interesting dining room, and breakfast was delicious. A delightful place.

Our room was amazing, with an outside courtyard, and the guest house was very clean. The staff were so friendly. I'd highly recommend it.
