The dog welcome here is hard to beat. They provided a mat, bowl, treat, poo bag, a lead attachment with the place’s details in case the dog got lost, and a map showing dog-friendly walks and pubs. Loved it!!! The Old Cider House is in a great spot, close to so many beautiful places. Our room was clean and nice, with a comfy bed and good water pressure. It was so quiet that it was hard to leave. The owners were lovely, the place was quiet and clean, and very dog friendly. The vegan breakfast was wonderful 🤩

A lovely little village, and the local pub was great fun, with a gorgeous dog!! We felt welcome from the start. There was great parking for our motorbikes and easy access. GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!!

Fresh pizzas from the garden pizza oven were the best I’ve ever tasted, and the beer was authentic and home brewed. The guesthouse is welcoming, serves good food, and is dog friendly. Lovely place to stay, highly recommended.

A lovely friendly labrador called Jasper was part of the welcome, and the owners were friendly and helpful. Our rooms were clean and had all the mod cons, and breakfast was great. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay, it was perfect for what we needed. 🙂

The friendly atmosphere made it comfortable to stay, and COVID restrictions were taken seriously. Ian and Lynne put on a great breakfast and occasional evening meals, using food and drink from the garden. It gets guests chatting too.
