We were welcomed with a lovely complimentary pot of hot tea, and Wendy and Ray were friendly, kind hosts who were happy to help with anything. Mum, my sister and I were in Bridlington for a weekend event at the Bridlington Spa, just a two-minute walk from the guesthouse. Our room was spotless and tastefully decorated, with plenty of space for three adults and comfortable beds that made for a great night’s sleep. The Full English breakfast was cooked perfectly, and the staff were lovely too. Great value and first-class service. I’d highly recommend staying here and will be back next time I visit Bridlington. Superb!

A five-minute stroll takes you to the promenade, and the town centre is about ten minutes away on foot. This is a friendly, clean and comfortable guesthouse with welcoming owners. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, with modern, bright en-suite bathrooms. Breakfast offers plenty to choose from and is more than enough to start the day. Highly recommended for a few nights away.

We go to brid every year, and this was our first stay at the Ivanhoe. It was fabulous, so clean and quiet, and felt covid safe. The people were friendly and it’s such a lovely B&B. One of the nicest I’ve stayed in. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks to the hosts for a lovely stay!

Breakfast was delicious, and the place was clean, fresh and nicely finished. The sheets were good quality, and there was plenty of tea, coffee and toilet paper. I got a warm, friendly welcome, everything I needed was taken care of and more, and the property was well kept. Definitely staying again.

Wendy&Ray were brilliant and so helpful, nothing felt like too much trouble. I’ve stayed here twice already, so here’s to a third visit. Can’t fault either the service or the rooms, and I’d highly recommend staying here.
