We paid over £1.2k for a week, and the owners' stock replies about plans for secondary glazing and the garden didn't help with the problems during our stay. The cottage was damp and neglected, and the busy coast road was right outside: traffic flew past at 50mph, just 2 meters from the front door. This wasn't the quaint, quiet place we hoped for. They need to invest now and make guests happy, or get out of the business. We won't be back. Just awful.
