For Students Only Vogue Studios in Brighton

The location worked well for me as a mature PhD student because it was near my campus at University of Brighton, Elm House, Moulsecoomb. I lived here for two years, but the property, which is about 8-9 years old, needs regular maintenance. Requests have to go through the online system. Urgent ones are usually dealt with the same day, but other requests can take 3-4 days. There is meant to be an office at Vogue Studios, though it was rarely open and staff were mostly based at Stoneworks. Feedback generally wasn't acted on. Student goodies were kept at Stoneworks and often gone by the time I got there. In winter the central heating shuts off from midnight until morning, so you may need to arrange extra heating. The location is convenient, but management could do a better job of providing residents with consistent basic services.
