The included breakfast had plenty of choice, from cooked options to toast and cereal. The scrambled eggs weren't hot, but the rest was satisfactory. I also enjoyed the pool, and there's a gym and sauna. Reception was efficient and very helpful, and my room was lovely and spacious with a good-sized bathroom. I stayed five nights. My bed was quite hard and made sleeping difficult, and one of the two lifts was out of order, so service was slow. Still, it was a positive experience.

Right on the seafront, with nicely sized rooms and a breakfast we enjoyed. The pool, steam room and sauna were lovely too. Staff were friendly, approachable, quick to respond and keen to help. The kids also got a bag of goodies at check-in, which was a nice touch. Definitely recommended, and we'd absolutely return!

We've stayed here in January two years running and loved it both times. The location is great, staff are friendly, breakfast is the best, and the restaurant food is good. It's nice to have a pool, gym and sauna. The rooms are lovely, clean and comfortable, though they could use an upgrade. We'll definitely be back next year.

The room was huge and clean, with tea and coffee, an iron and a safe. The bar and restaurant were good, though parts of the hotel looked tired, with chipped paint and a shabby feel. There was a dead fish floating in a redundant tank in the lobby, which wasn't a four-star look and wasn't nice for families with children. We were kept awake all night by people walking and banging around above us. When I raised it, I was told I should have called down, but with the hotel full I'm not sure what could have been done. My friend only got an hour's sleep. It was her birthday treat from me. We tried three wines, and they were all bitter. The pub across the road and Zizzi both had fab wine, so please upgrade the hotel's selection. The nearest toilet was downstairs by the spa, too far away. The pool was nice but cold; the sauna and steam room were good. Staff were helpful and polite. I've stayed in many hotels around the world and wouldn't give this one four stars. It needs updating and redecorating.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything we asked for was taken care of. The room was very clean, the views were spectacular, and the bed was so comfortable. We loved using the pleasant, easy-to-use pool, sauna and steam room in the spa. The location was perfect, with everything we wanted seeming to be right on the doorstep. We had an amazing birthday weekend at Queens Hotel and will absolutely stay again. In fact, we're about to book this beautiful place for my birthday next year! 😁🎆💓🌿💞
