Future Inn Bristol

Our kids loved the stay. We spent four nights here, then added two more when our travel plans changed. The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable, and the location was great with free parking. Reception also had free water and fresh apples, which was a nice touch. Housekeeping had a couple of funny slip-ups: one day the room was cleaned but there were no towels, and another day the beds were made but a rolled-up sheet was left in the corner. It didn’t affect our stay, and staff handled it very well when we told them. We had breakfast once, but it’s easy to walk across the road to the cafes at the Cabot Centre.

The bar and Restaurant were beautiful, and breakfast was good. The location in the city centre is hard to beat. Our room came with free parking about a two-minute walk away, right next to the hotel. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. I’d recommend this hotel. There were a couple of niggles: the showerhead was leaking, and the bedside electricity switches were all connected to one switch. I’d give the stay 6/10.

The location is great, with shops and restaurants just across the road and parking a two-minute walk away. Ask for a room off the main road if you want it quieter. The rooms are a good size and were clean, and the staff are polite, but the beds are far too soft, dipped in the middle. For one night it’s worth the money, though I wouldn’t stay longer.

Zoli at reception made a big difference to our visit. From the moment we arrived, he was kind, helpful and professional, and went out of his way to make sure we felt welcome and had what we needed. His positive attitude and genuine care really stood out. We had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean, comfortable and well organized, which made the visit so enjoyable. A special thank you to Zoli.
