The shower was one of my favourite parts, really relaxing, and I was delighted to find an ironing board and iron in the spacious room. Breakfast was included and the food was fantastic. The staff were friendly and accommodating too. I’m looking forward to coming back. Edit for Holiday Inn response: I’m not Elaine Johnson 😅 but thanks anyway.

I've stayed at Holiday Inn in both Leicester and Bristol, and it's been amazing every time. The rooms are cleaned daily, towels are replaced, and everything is always so clean. Even the corridors smell lovely. Yousra was kind and helpful, thank you.

The service was fantastic, and the staff couldn't do enough for me. I was upgraded twice, so ended up with a really big room, and the whole place was very clean. Breakfast was really good, and they'll cook what you want too. Great location as well. There's parking for £20, I think per night, but please check. I didn't have a car. I'd definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely, quiet room on the 7th floor, and dinner and breakfast were both very good. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we'd definitely stay again. The cleaning could use a bit more attention. There was rubbish in the bathroom bin, the bath was soapy and slippery enough that my husband didn't feel safe showering, and there was a tea stain on the carpet and wall beside the bed. The door to the balcony had finger and hand marks on it.

I feel really relaxed and blessed, thank you so much. Everyone I've dealt with has been so kind and accommodating, and the customer service is top notch. The restaurant chef is amazing too. I had the seabass, the best I've ever tasted, like a miracle in my mouth. Great value for money, and I'll definitely be back. Five-star treatment all the way.
