The bed was falling apart, with a piece of 4 x 2 timber wedged underneath to stop it collapsing in the middle. The place was very noisy too, you could hear everyone walking through the building. There was no towel, and the toilet paper was the worst quality I’ve ever seen. I wouldn’t give it more than one star, and wouldn’t recommend staying here unless the alternative is sleeping on the street. Z——

The welcome pack was covered in mould, and the cleaner had left a feedback form right on top of it, so it looked as though they’d seen the problem and ignored it. That really made me doubt whether anything else was up to standard. Check-in itself was simple once I’d been verified.

The shower in the let has great pressure, and the place was nice and clean. When the kitchen sink leaked and the main ceiling lights went out, both issues were dealt with extremely quickly, within an hour. There’s a bus stop a couple of minutes away with direct services to the centre. Otherwise, excellent.
