This is easily one of the most modern Premier Inns I've visited, and the location is excellent. The check-in machines and both lifts worked, the room air con was fine, there was no obvious mould in the bathroom, and the breakfast area was tidy. Already a better experience than most Premier Inns. They also leave chocolates in the rooms, and sweets for the kids by the breakfast area on the way out, which is a nice touch. I've had more personal service at other Premier Inns, though, and the drinks vending machine wasn't working when we tried it. That brings it down to four stars, but I'd definitely stay again.

Vinnie looked after us throughout the meal, friendly and attentive while staying professional, and made us feel welcome. The portions were generous, and the food was excellent. We especially appreciated how perfectly the shrimp were cooked: tender, full of flavor, and not overdone. Thanks to Vinnie and the whole team for the lovely meal and hospitality. We'd happily return and recommend the restaurant.

The room was very spacious and clean, and checking in was easy. We were pleasantly surprised to find a bath, so we went straight to Lush for a bathbomb. The staff were incredibly friendly, chatty, and happy to joke around. Premier Inn is always reliable, and this was a great hotel. I'd stay again in a heartbeat.

The rooms were comfortable and really quiet, and breakfast was very good. The hotel itself is great and well located. My main gripe is parking: the garages are about 600 metres away and quite expensive. Walking back and forth is inconvenient, especially in cold, windy, wet UK weather.

I was put in a Premier Plus room for a work trip. The main room seemed decent and I didn't notice anything wrong there, but the bathroom was so dirty I didn't use it. There was muck all over the sides of the floor, and the corner by the shower was brown near the floor. The hotel was booked out, and since I was only staying one night I couldn't get a different room. Shame I couldn't comfortably use the whole room.
