The room was clean and tidy, and the pub next door serves great food. The location's good too. Just be aware this is more like a house split into two rooms than a bed and breakfast: there was no breakfast or staff, and the bathrooms aren't private.

We stayed for one night in August. The room was pleasant and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was good. Breakfast had a nice choice of food. You can get into town on foot or by bus, and we'd happily stay again on our next visit. Parking on the street between 9am and 5pm needs a permit, which I believe staff can provide.

The location was very handy for our function at Ashton Gate Stadium, and we could borrow a permit for on-street parking. Breakfast downstairs at the steakhouse was included, with a full English, tea or coffee, cereal, fruit, juice and some lovely fresh pastries. Our double room was nice, though quite small. The bed was comfortable, but the walls were very thin and we could hear the next-door guests using the loo. A few small things needed attention: knocks and bumps around the room, shower grout and sealant, a missing sink plug and a light bulb that was out. Still, it was a good find.

Just a ten-minute walk from Ashton Gate Stadium, so the location was ideal. The room was clean and tidy, the beds were really comfortable, and having air conditioning was a bonus. The bathroom could use an update, but the water was hot and the shower had good pressure. The English breakfast was great too.
