It was a busy pub, but they handled our table of eight well, and the atmosphere was buzzy and cosy. This was our second Sunday lunch at the Crafty Cow. Service was excellent, the food was lovely and good value. We’ll definitely be back 🥰

There’s a lovely outdoor area, they show the big football games, and the food is tasty with lots of drink options. My favourite pub in Bristol! They put on fun events too, from pub quizzes and Eurovision nights to pumpkin carving for kids. Highly recommend.

A fantastic pub to visit with kids under eight. The staff are very friendly, and service is a mix of bar and table service depending on what’s happening. The kids’ area has toys that sometimes look tired, but they get replaced regularly. I haven’t tried the garden, though it looks good. The Sunday roast is good and a decent size, and the meat is always cooked nicely. The gravy can be quite salty.

We went on a Wednesday after work and it was a good spot to catch up. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, and tasty food at a reasonable price. There are two main bus route stops nearby.

When I’m nearby for football, this is one of my favourite pubs on Gloucester Rd. The staff are friendly, food comes quickly, and there’s a wide choice of beers and cider. The covered outdoor area is good too.
