The rooms have a really sweet look, and the location worked well. The showers were less impressive, since you only get one temperature, and they don't provide toiletries, so bring your own. Still, it was comfortable for one person or a couple spending a few nights.

The shared spaces are lovely, and the toilets and showers have always been clean when I've stayed. I keep coming back whenever I'm in Bristol, partly because I enjoy the atmosphere and the staff. One thing to know: there's a club downstairs on weekends, with music going until 2am. I don't mind because I'm happy to join in, but anyone needing an early night should keep that in mind.

We went on a Saturday when an event was happening. During the performance, security tried to stop a mosh pit, and I thought they moved too quickly to break it up. Nobody seemed to be getting hurt. The venue itself has loads of room to wander, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, cool decor, and fairly priced food and drinks. I didn't see the rooms, though the prices looked reasonable if you wanted a bed after a few drinks and board games. Glad we went, and I'd come back. I'm also thinking of staying in the hostel next time.

The beer was very reasonably priced, and the pizza was better than I expected. It's also a great base for a city visit, with everything within walking distance.

We slept so well in the cosy loft room, and the staff were really friendly. Everything felt well organised. The hostel is near shops and other amenities, with loads of good places to eat nearby. The courtyard had a relaxed feel, nice people, and a great range of beers. Properly lovely stay.
