The apartment is a good size and in a great location, but be warned: it’s on the fifth floor and the lift has reportedly been out of order for five weeks. The cleaners were helpful and efficient, but there was no sign of anyone trying to fix it, so getting in and out is a struggle. Several things inside need attention too, including the shower, lavatory and door lock. The place needs a thorough overhaul.

We were perfectly happy with our stay. The apartment was clean, just as described, and all the appliances worked. Picking up the key was smooth, and there’s plenty of great stuff in every direction just a few minutes’ walk away.

A lovely, comfortable flat and a great base for exploring central Bristol. The photos are accurate and everything matched the description. It was tidy, key pickup was easy enough, and the chocolates on the pillows were a nice little touch. Thank you.

The apartment was pleasant, very clean, well located, and had comfortable bedding. The only annoying thing was a constant noise, probably from the boiler. Too bad, as everything else was so good! The rental was in my son Fabrice’s name, which is why you can’t find my name.
