Stunning 2-bed Apartment Above Schooners Bar

The owner was super friendly, and the drinks were affordable. I was just passing through, but liked the interior and would love to come back! :)

We booked the apartment upstairs and left after just a few hours, even though we had booked two nights. There was no hot water, mold on the sink and bath, and lip prints still on the glasses. The door only locked from outside with a padlock, so it couldn't be locked from inside. I can't review the bar itself, but the apartment was the most disgusting place we've ever stayed.

It's a quiet little boozer, and the owner is friendly. I'll come back next time I'm in the area.

The Thai food was the best I've tasted, even better than when I was over in Thailand. It's a lovely place, with friendly landlords, and in summer it's lush sitting outside at the front, almost like being abroad. There's karaoke and bingo on Sundays, and as a darts team, we've got artists in every so often.
