Michael and Tracy were full of local knowledge and among the loveliest people I've met. The building and grounds are beautiful, with manicured lawns, flower beds and a river, and the apartment was stunning, spacious, and beautifully furnished. It had high ceilings, a four poster bed, a kitchen with everything we could need, and sumptuous luxury bath towels. It was immediately clean. The location made dozens of attractions easy to reach, and the value was beyond anywhere else I've stayed. I'd gladly have paid double. Our break restored my pleasure in life at a time when customer service and satisfaction seem like things of the past. Just brilliant. I'll return as often as I can.

We spent two nights in their one bedroom apartment. It was spacious, and well worth every penny. The hosts were kind and friendly, and we'd definitely stay again.

Apartment 8 was so spacious, with sofas, an extra large comfortable bed, a big wash room, and a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table. Tracy's tips were great, and talking with her and Michael was fascinating. We've never had such caring hosts. The area is pretty and feels secluded, though it's not far from the village. It's a great base for the many hikes and attractions in Snowdonia. We'd definitely come back to Wales. 10/10

Tracy and Mike were friendly and helpful, and the apartment was much bigger than we'd expected. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there were lovely grounds to explore. It's an excellent base for day trips around north Wales. I'd stay again and recommend it to anyone.

I stayed here in July 2021 with my band. We were getting away from Manchester for the weekend as our new single came out, and the quiet part of Betws-y-Coed was a great setting. The ground floor flat was pristine, with fresh bedding, clean cutlery, crockery and glassware, and a clean living area. The house guide was ready in the kitchen. Michael and Tracy are fantastic owners and hosts, lovely to chat with. We spent an hour talking with them while checking out. It was simply lovely, and I look forward to staying again.
