The Crown at Broad Hinton

We’d never been to The Crown before, but the lovely view and big garden made Saturday lunch a great find. There are all sorts of seats outside, garden games, and loads of parking. The manager/owner was really friendly, service was excellent, and the food was delicious, proper pub grub with a great drinks selection. Half-price desserts at lunchtime were a nice bonus. We’ll be back, and want to try their bottomless breakfast.

The Crown Inn has a dedicated spot for campervans and motorhomes, and it’s in a brilliant location. We stayed in our campervan #adventuresinwalt, had a few drinks, and thought the food was fantastic. I emailed that morning to check availability and book food, and owner Erin got back to us really quickly. Highly recommend The Crown Inn.

We travelled from Richmond, Fleet and Sully South Wales, and it was well worth the trip. Erin and all her staff at The Crown Inn Broad Hinton were so helpful, from the booking emails through to our arrival on Sunday 17th May. They made sure everything worked for our group, including one of our ladies who uses a wheelchair. The food was excellent and the portions were very generous. Definitely recommend a visit, you won’t be disappointed.

The staff were friendly and attentive, and the place had a warm, inviting feel. The food was fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. Amazing experience, I’ll definitely come back!
