Botany Bay Beach Bed and Breakfast

The breakfast felt endless, with freshly squeezed juice, fresh fruit, pastries, eggs cooked your way and plenty more. Barry was an amazing host who went far beyond what you'd expect, with superb attention to detail everywhere. Our bedroom was inviting and comfortable, and the ensuite felt luxurious. The rainfall shower gave a steady supply of hot water at a really good pressure. It felt like staying at a friend's house.

We stayed a couple of nights in August and had a lovely time at this B&B, run by the very welcoming and hospitable Barry. Breakfast was excellent, with fruit, yogurt, cereal, pastries and toast, and eggs available on request. Everyone eats together in the morning, which is a nice chance to chat with the other guests. There are three guest rooms. It's very dog friendly and well placed between Broadstairs and Margate. We walked to both from the house, and I'd thoroughly recommend staying here if you're in the area.

Barry helped us make the most of our short stay with great suggestions for things to see and do nearby. He was very friendly and helpful. The room and house were spotless, nicely decorated and comfortable, and it felt like a home away from home. We were also welcomed with tasty snacks and drinks in the room, a lovely little touch that made us feel cared for. We had a fantastic one-night stay and would definitely return if we're in the area.

The peaceful nights and handy location made for a great stay, with a bus station nearby and Botany Bay Beach only a three-minute walk away. Barry welcomed us warmly and professionally, and we felt looked after from beginning to end. Our spotless room was beautifully decorated and had all the comforts we could ask for. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Breakfast was a real highlight too, fresh, delicious and full of choice. We'd highly recommend it!
