Willow Lodge Holiday felt like a peaceful world of its own, surrounded by beautiful nature and little touches that made it easy to relax. We had an amazing stay and will definitely come back. Emma and Darren were warm, kind hosts who clearly love what they do. Communication was thoughtful and smooth from beginning to end, and they made us feel welcome throughout. Spending time with the animals was a highlight. They were healthy, happy, and clearly well cared for, which made the experience even more special. I highly recommend Willow Lodge for a quiet retreat and a real connection with nature.

The campsite was a joy to walk around, and we loved watching the fishermen, though we didn't try fishing ourselves. The cottage felt like a home from home, with a secluded garden that was perfect for our dog. We paid extra for the hot tub, and it was worth every penny during our stay. It was lovely to have everything on one level as promised, plus a mezzanine for young adults that we didn't use.

We got engaged here, which made the holiday even more special. Thanks, emma and Darren :) The lodge was spotless, cosy, and had everything we needed. It was a good size, the master bed was very comfortable, and the log burner made it feel extra cosy. I'll come back in winter to enjoy it properly. The enclosed garden and hot tub were amazing for my dog rosie, who loved them. We had a lovely Chinese from south cave Chinese and ate at Hotham arms one night. Hull centre is about a 20 minute drive. I stayed for three gorgeous nights at willow lodge in south cave. The photos on skye cottages website don't do it justice, so I wanted to upload some, since that matters to me when booking a holiday. Can't fault the place.
