The Keepers Lodge

The Lodge worked really well for our weekend. Jono and his wife welcomed us, showed us around, and let us choose which room to use. Everything was clean, the bedding was lovely, and the towels were fluffy. It has a relaxed feel, with plenty of logs for the fire and deep leather chairs and sofas to sink into. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a big table for a group and a cosier one in the conservatory. We skipped the covered pool because we were just getting over a cold, though it looked inviting. The place is also handy for exploring the area and walking along the beach. We chose to join the owners’ friends and family one evening, and all the kids made it a real laugh. A quiet night was an option too. If you want somewhere for a family get-together or just to relax, I’d highly recommend it. Go and see for yourself.

There was plenty of space for our extended family, and the Lodge was beautifully presented with all the comforts of home. We loved the heated pool, and our hosts were happy to help with anything. It’s in a fantastic spot, with stunning views and the beach and pub close by. We’ve just had a wonderful week and will definitely return.

The kids had a brilliant time in the pool, which was especially welcome when the weather turned bad. We also spent a few nights outside by the fire pit, having drinks and chatting in the open air. For my wife’s 50th, we had a great time here. The place is beautifully decorated, and the huge dining room was perfect for her birthday meal, cooked by the professional chefs Jono told us about. There are lovely beaches and scenery nearby, and it’s not far from Snowden and all the beautiful landscapes there. We’ll definitely be back.

There’s lots of space and plenty of rooms for a big party, plus ample parking. We also loved the patio seating and the amazing views. The pool was a fantastic feature, and the accommodation had good facilities. I stayed here for my sister’s hen weekend and would highly recommend it. The area is peaceful and picturesque, and the coastal walk at Morfa Nefyn was stunning, just five minutes away by car. Thanks for making the weekend so special xx
