Breakfast was delicious every morning, and the room and whole property were spotless and kept to a fantastic standard. Sam and Tim were wonderful hosts, always happy to help with anything. We had a very relaxing, enjoyable break at Ware House B&B. The only downside was having to leave and go home!

Tim & Sam were lovely, friendly and obliging owners, and Buckfast Abbey is only a few minutes’ drive away. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and beautiful furnishings throughout. Breakfast was excellent in a bright, airy room with big windows: fruit, yogurt, cereal, toast, warm croissants and a generous full English. There’s a pleasant lounge and a small garden with a table and chairs, nice for an afternoon or evening drink. A lovely place to stay, highly recommended. Thank you!
