Premier Inn Buckingham

Yathu made me feel genuinely welcome and helped out on several occasions. I couldn’t have managed without her, and she kept everything running smoothly. She’s a real credit to the hotel. The place was clean and comfortable, and the warm welcome made the stay better than I expected. Fantastic experience, and I’m very happy with it. Thank you for such outstanding service.

Farzana was so kind and helpful with all our concerns. The hotel was clean and well organized, and it’s conveniently near coffee shops and places to eat. We’d definitely come back.

Everything seemed fine until I paid for breakfast. The self-serve food was cold: mushrooms, eggs and sausages, all cold. The coffee was hot, and the beans were crusty. They advertise black pudding, but none was available. It felt like a scam, and this was the worst breakfast in Britain. I could forgive one item being off, but not all of them. I won’t eat here again, and it’s put me off Premier Inn. Go to Greggs or a local cafe instead. Lenny Henny hasn’t been here. Eat your pillow.

We keep returning to Premier Inn Buckingham because it’s convenient, the staff are friendly, and it feels like home from home. The new on-site breakfast room has a comfortable feel, and the young team looking after it are enthusiastic. We were sorry when the nearby Beefeater restaurant closed. HS2 workers find the location handy, though they bring a lot of mud into the car park, entrance and corridors. Housekeeping has a thankless job trying to keep it clean. I think the HS2 promoters should put a compressed air boot cleaner in the car park, like the ones at golf clubs.
