We used the site with our motorhome. The Yard looked really nice, and there was a bar, kids' activities and a useful shop on site. I'd recommend a grass pitch with a power hook-up for the extra room. The hardstandings have hedges between them, which gives a more secluded feel, but they seem a bit smaller than the grass pitches. They're also near the washrooms and shop, so there's less walking, though more people pass by.

The pitches are huge, and the whole site just works. In early May, the woodland walk was full of bluebells and wild garlic, and there are dog walks galore. There are loads of things for kids to do, with a brilliant park, plus a bar and restaurant. The facilities are so luxurious that even going for a shower feels like a treat when you're camping. One of the best sites we've found in England. We absolutely loved it, and being right on the Cornwall/Devon border is handy. Will 💯 return.

We booked a pitch with an en-suite and fridge for our first family camping trip. The facilities were spotless, and the staff were super friendly when we checked in. The kids loved the play area, and the park was lovely to walk around. Bude is less than 10 minutes away, with a beautiful beach to explore. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely week in a two-bedroom Kernow retreat. It was spotless and had everything we needed, though the bathroom and bedrooms were a little compact. The site is well kept, with plenty of walks and activities, and the staff were very friendly. We used the takeaway a few times too, and the food was excellent with generous portions.
