We really enjoyed the food, especially the trio of burgers from the specials menu. It’s a lovely dog-friendly pub with a recently refurbished interior, which was a nice surprise. There are lots of TVs for live sport, too. A very visit when you’re in Builth!

We first walked in because the place welcomed dogs, and the food was so good that we booked three more visits that week. There’s a long list of choices, but the quality and taste are out of this world. Prices are reasonable, service is super quick, and there’s a nice variety of beers. I’d highly recommend it.

I picked this place at random, partly because of the menu pictures on Google, and it didn’t disappoint. The portions were a good size, the food was delicious, and the prices very reasonable. I’ll definitely be back.

The pub is lovely, the food is great, and it’s exceptionally clean and very modern. We came in November, though, and got the feeling they’d made all the revenue they needed during the summer. The staff were quite dismissive and last orders were at 9 pm. It’s a great pub and venue, but they definitely need to work on customer service.

We booked a table for Saturday while staying near Abergwesyn over Christmas, and the chef deserves compliments. Lovely pub, great staff and fantastic food. We’ll definitely return next time we’re in Mid Wales 🙌.
