We booked a room for our anniversary on 5th March 26 and had a lovely time. It's a family run business with great hosts, and breakfast was included in the price. Brean was a bit quiet because the sites and shops were just opening up, but we still really enjoyed ourselves. Thanks for your hospitality. We hope your business has a great future, and we'll return. Thanks again.

We got a very warm welcome and the room was spotless. There was a much wider breakfast selection than I expected, and the full English was delicious. Thank you, this is an absolutely fantastic place.

Everything deserves top marks here. The setting is lovely, it's spotless, and the open kitchen serves a piping hot breakfast. It's pet friendly, with the beach across the road and the fair at Unity Farm about a 15 minute walk away. What an amazing find. I'll only stay here when visiting Brean from now on. Can't recommend it enough, and thanks to all the staff.

We had a lovely stay and the place was very clean, though the rooms are a little small. Since dogs can't go into the breakfast room, we ate in our room. It was too cold to sit outside, so I'd come back in summer.

The breakfast was fantastic, and the room was nice. Staff were great too. I'd recommend staying here.
