Above hotels

The breakfast at the real coffee bean was really well organised, and the staff there were lovely. I was also blown away by the luxury Above Hotels has brought to Burnley town centre. The bed was massive and comfortable, the shower was huge, and the toiletries were gorgeous. Having a projector set up with Netflix and the other streaming sites was brilliant, I want one! We had an amazing stay and will be back and recommending it. Ten stars!

The room was massive, with a projector that made watching from bed feel like a cinema. We also had a coffee machine with some really nice coffee, plus a complimentary minibar stocked with drinks. The shower overhead was lovely, and there were nice dressing gowns to put on afterwards. Everything felt perfect, from the easy check-in and checkout to the private parking. Before we arrived, we were sent all the information we needed, including the gate and room codes. At night the room went completely dark, and the huge bed was very comfortable. It’s a stunning hotel. Thanks for a lovely stay, we can’t wait to return.

The one drawback was the noise from outside. A pub just around the corner stays open until about 2am on Saturday, and the music was extremely loud. There doesn’t seem to be enough soundproofing or extra glazing to block it out. Even so, we’d happily stay again. The location is great, close to Burnley Mechanics theatre, and the secure parking was fab. The room was spacious, beautifully clean, and had top drawer facilities and a huge bed. Staff were friendly, professional and very helpful, and the booking and access code communication was second to none.

The bathroom was amazing, with a huge shower, and the bed was really comfortable. The room had everything we needed, all finished to a high standard. Staff were very helpful, and parking was easy and secure. Fabulous stay, I’d definitely book again.
