I never got to stay here because I confused it with the hostel of the same name. The man at the desk was lovely, though. Before we worked out my mistake, he showed me a beautiful room with a newly renovated bathroom. His wife then kindly drove me to the hostel I meant to be at. They'd only taken over the B&B about a week earlier, but everyone was so helpful and kind that it made my day. I wish I'd actually stayed, and would recommend them to anyone.

We had a short stay that left us smiling, especially after a delicious breakfast with pretty much anything you might want. The owners clearly care about their guests and their pub. It's a traditional family-run Irish pub with generations of history, alongside updated accommodation. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, and you can bring takeaway food to eat at the bar while enjoying a drink and hearing the local stories.

The pub had a lovely feel, and we could bring our meals in since they don't serve evening meals. Breakfast was included and really tasty. I took my Dad for his 70th birthday distillery tour at Bushmills, along with my father in law, and we stayed one night in two rooms at Finn MacCool's. The price was very reasonable, and the staff were the most welcoming I've experienced. Hope to come back soon!

The family running the place were nice to talk to, and the location is handy for both the Causeway and Bushmills Distillery. There's free parking behind the building, though the narrow drive is easy to miss. Just be aware that this is a historic hotel, so the rooms are quite small and very basic. The breakfast wasn't very good, and we heard it being made or reheated in a microwave. If I stayed again, I'd skip breakfast and eat somewhere else.

We were grateful for the staff's help choosing a whiskey, and they also served a delicious breakfast and shared local stories about the area's history. Hearing things from the locals made us feel part of the community for a little while. The rooms were clean, warm, and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's a family-run place within walking distance of Bushmills Distillery, takeaways, pubs, and restaurants, and about a five-minute drive from Giant Causeway and Dunluce Castle.
