We had a long weekend at Moore Grange with 18 people to celebrate my mum's 50th birthday, and having the whole estate gave us plenty of room. The grounds are beautiful, and it's a great spot for scenic walks. Inside, the bedrooms and living areas were clean, cosy and beautifully decorated. The heated indoor pool and games room, with its Pool Table/Ping Pong and Football Table, were a big hit. I loved looking out of our bedroom window at all the sheep. We couldn't have asked for more.

My husband and I went for a helicopter ride over Buxton today, and it was absolutely brilliant. The views were spectacular and the staff were so nice. I'd absolutely love to come back one day.

I visited the rather isolated farm today for a Birds of Prey experience, and it was a perfect place for it. Riley led the experience with wonderful presentation and exceptional knowledge. I'd strongly recommend it. Do bring your own food, snacks and drinks, though. There's just one toilet for everyone.

We came for a birds of prey experience, but couldn't use the facilities because someone had forgotten to unlock them. It was very cold and windy, with nowhere to get out of the weather. This isn't an ideal spot for the experience.

The helicopter ride over Buxton and Chatsworth house was amazing and very well organised, even with the delay. The helicopter's engine had been replaced, so we were quite happy to wait while it was tested. The flight location is in a picturesque part of Buxton, but there's only a tiny sign and no mention of the helicopter adventure experiences. The cafe was fine. The woman serving was new and a bit slow, but perfectly adequate. With the long delay, it would've been nice to have more food options. Champagne was included, and at the end we were handed two bottles but no glasses, which was a bit of an anticlimax.
