We stayed as a group of 15 for a stag weekend, and our host Kate was lovely and welcoming. The place is well suited to a large group if you're comfortable sharing rooms or bathrooms. It's in a stunning spot, offers great value and has everything needed for a weekend stay. Plenty of parking as well.

The house was gorgeous, and we had a fantastic stay. The price quoted to us seemed great, and the location was amazing, about 20 minutes from my favourite beauty spots in the Peak District. Kate was fabulous when I was going back and forth over the details. No issues with the hosts, and I'd definitely stay again.

We spent two nights at Hulme’s Vale Farm with a group of 15, and it was an unforgettable getaway. The peaceful, isolated location is right near the Peak District. Facilities were excellent, well maintained and suited our large group perfectly. The owner was friendly and supportive and made us feel welcome. Highly recommended for a spacious, relaxing break with friends or family.

The accommodation at The Holmes Barn was fantastic, with plenty of room for all 14 adults in our group. Our hosts made organising the stay straightforward and shared some wonderful suggestions. It's ideally placed for scenic views and walks. We had an amazing stay, and the hardest part was leaving. Hope to come back.

We had an amazing weekend with friends and family, celebrating my son's wedding, which is coming up later in the year. The cottages worked perfectly for everyone, with plenty of space and just the right facilities. They're close enough to restock supplies but far enough away to have a proper party. The hot tub was a great extra, and we were lucky to get some sun. Amazing views all around. A definite choice for large groups.
