A great place, well kept, with a properly equipped kitchen. Evelyn was a lovely host and made sure there was enough in the fridge to get our holiday off to a good start.

The rooms were cosy and nicely decorated, and the hosts were friendly. There’s a good breakfast menu too. The only snag was the heating being left on overnight, which made the rooms a bit too warm. It’s a lovely little guest house at the entrance to Trossachs National Park.

The couple who run the place are friendly and know the region well. The home is beautiful, with large, stylish rooms, and it’s very affordable. Breakfast was a hearty Scottish one that gave us plenty of energy. Go there!

Callander is an interesting town, with good food and shops, and the location made it easy to reach lots of worthwhile places and walking routes. We were very happy with our stay: a wonderful host, a good breakfast and comfortable rooms.
