The scenery around the place is spectacular. It’s very secluded and peaceful, so it’s a lovely spot to visit with friends. It’s been a while since I was there, so things may have changed.

The cottage was nicely equipped and surrounded by beautiful scenery, but the bed was very uncomfortable. We knew there was no Wi-Fi before arriving, though these days it would be helpful to have it. There were keypad security codes at both ends of the loch, for residents only, but neither the owner nor the holiday letting company gave us the numbers. We only managed to get the information from a local after some effort. Because of Covid restrictions, we arrived three days later than our booking. No one offered a refund for those missed days.
