The location was great, around a 10-minute walk to the city centre. My room was clean and had everything I needed, and the bed was comfortable. There was no breakfast, but I knew that when I booked.

The owners were polite and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. It looked freshly decorated. The bed was comfortable too, though I found the pillows a little firm. We knew before arriving that breakfast wasn’t provided, as advertised. Parking is at the rear, and I had no trouble fitting my LWB van into a space. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the city centre, a good base for exploring.

The room was tidy and the bed very comfortable. I stayed for one night on 1st of November and would definitely recommend this guest house. I’ll use it again next time I’m in the area.

The triple room was great value and otherwise really good. We were only left with two mugs, glasses and the like, which was a shame, and in the morning we couldn’t find anyone to ask for another mug. The sink is too small to fill a bottle or the kettle directly, so I had to fill the mugs and pour the water into the kettle. The town centre is about a 15-minute walk away. There’s parking at the back, and free parking nearby on weekends.
