I was travelling for work and had a great stay. The restaurant was very nice, and Moses and Upashan were friendly and attentive. My sirloin was delicious and cooked just right. The room and bathroom were both clean and spacious, and the bed was soft and comfortable. I'd definitely come back.

We were really happy with the service we got. Upashna and Saidur were fantastic in the restaurant, and the food was lovely. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Gemma was wonderful too. Even though it was her first shift, she was attentive and happy to help with anything.

I was travelling alone and really appreciated how welcome Saidur, Upashna, Panchi and Gemma made me feel somewhere I'd never been before. My room was lovely and clean, the evening meal was great, and the service was fantastic. The hotel was chosen for me for a conference, but I'd book it myself if I came to Cardiff again.

My wife and I had dinner on 31st May 2026, and it was awesome. We needed an Indian vegetarian dish without garlic, cheese or mushroom. To our delight, chef Manpreet made us three special dishes, and every one was really tasty. Panchi and Moses looked after us at the table with great courtesy.

The conference and event hall was clean, and the reception looked modern and spotless. I recently organised an event at the hotel, and the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating. Moses at the bar was kind and took great care of everyone who attended. The feedback from the guests was very positive. I'd be very happy to return with my group for more events. Thank you!
