Ceri arranged some lovely surprises in the room for our son’s birthday, which was such a nice touch. The staff were all really helpful, and coming back to a room serviced to a high standard each day was lovely. Breakfast was incredible too. The hotel is right next to the castle, and we’ll visit again. Thank you 🙏 ♥️

The hotel is right opposite Cardiff Castle, and we had a lovely New Year visit. There’s no parking, but there is a small drop-off and pick-up area. We used Just Park, about a 3 min walk away, at a reasonable price. We stayed two nights with our baby in a high-floor king superior room. The hotel was really helpful beforehand, arranging a mini fridge for baby food, a cot, and a room large enough for us. We didn’t hear street noise, fireworks, or our neighbours over New Year. The room was tidy and very clean, with a stylish, fresh bathroom and a hot, powerful shower. The bed and bedding were comfortable, and the cot suited our baby well. Breakfast was nice. Someone I assume was the manager greeted us each morning and remembered us on our second visit. There was enough space for our pram and a highchair, even though our baby wasn’t eating breakfast. We tried the pool once. It was nice, but cost £5 each, and the changing rooms weren’t as clean as I’d expect. I’d definitely return.

I was here for work and had a fantastic stay. The room was clean, the bed gave me a really good sleep, and the on-site services were great. I especially appreciated the gym and the friendly lad who runs it. He made it easy to use when I had a few questions. Breakfast was really pleasant too, especially thanks to one staff member, who I think was called Claudia. I’d recommend the place and come back.

Right in the heart of Cardiff, we spent three nights here over Christmas. Our room on the 7th floor had an amazing view of Cardiff Castle, and the WiFi was free. The manager and his team helped make the holiday relaxing and enjoyable. The reception staff were professional and friendly, and they took care of our extra requests. The room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable king bed and fresh linens. We were given water each day, and the bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub. There were bathrobes, slippers, a kettle, and a coffee machine in the room. Room service is available around the clock. We enjoyed Christmas dinner at the hotel restaurant. The food felt lovingly prepared, and our friendly, pleasant waitress Darina was helpful. There’s also a bar and a children’s room. The hotel has a gym, plus a spa open from 8am to 8pm with a hammam, sauna, jacuzzi, swimming pool, and shower cabins. There’s no hotel parking, so parking costs £25 per day.
